Above, a set
of
four cards I made by stamping on glossy cardstock and then coloring in
by
applying chalk pastels with a cotton swab. The gold look to the card on
the
lower left came from gold rub-ons and some gold leafing marker at the
top.
The floral frame stamped in yellow is a border stamp from one of The
Stampsmith's
Arabian-themed plates on Ebay.

Mary Shaffer
made
this beaded holy card box, which started out as an Altoid tin! Mary
stamped
on a tile and embellished the box. (The top scan doesn't do it
justice!)

Laura Elliot
got a softer look to her Guadalupe card by stamping on vellum.

Here's a simple
card
I stamped using one of the images from this plate. My scanner likes to
convert
dots to a screen pattern, which isn't there on the actual card, but it
gives
you an idea of how crisply these stamps look, especially on glossy
cardstock,
which makes their fine detail just pop out. I mounted this card on gold
cardstock
to link it to the icon style one often sees with such an image.
